"The Studio" sweeps the 77th Emmy Awards
Los Angeles – The series "The Studio" emerged as the big winner at the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards. The satire about a fictional Hollywood studio won, among other things, Best Comedy Series and ultimately took home the most awards with 13. Among the major awards honors for "The Studio" on Sunday, lead actor Seth Rogen was among those celebrating the coveted trophy. Rogen won a total of four Emmys – Best Series, Best Director, and Best Screenplay. "The Pitt" was honored as Best Drama Series, while the Netflix production "Adolescence" was honored as Best Miniseries, winning six Emmys in the main categories.
